Given the complexity of responder-perpetrated sexual exploitation and abuse (RP-SEA) in conflict-affected and fragile contexts, a diverse multidisciplinary collaboration committed to EDIA principles is essential to ensure comprehensive and actionable results. Participants will contribute expertise in areas such as SEA, humanitarian crises, peacekeeping, women, peace, and security, sociolegal studies, psychology, disability, masculinities, LGBTQI+ rights, respondent-driven sampling, mixed-methods and qualitative research, and sensemaking.

CHS Alliance
A seasoned professional with 15+ years in the humanitarian and development sector, specializing in policy, program management, and partnerships. She has led reforms toward victim-centered, trauma-informed approaches and greater accountability in the aid sector.
At CHS Alliance, she leads the Closing the Accountability Gap initiative, focusing on protection for SEA survivors.
She will co-lead the KM Committee with Dr. Bunting.

Josephine Chandiru Drama
Global Voices Organization South Sudan.

A human rights advocate, a women's rights activist and the Executive Director of Global Voices Organization South Sudan.
With her extensive experience protecting vulnerable women and youth in conflict situations, she will support the project implementation in South Sudan and lead the thematic cluster for persons with disabilities.

Ghida Anani
ABAAD - Resource Center for Gender Equality

Ghida Anani is the founder and director of ABAAD – Resource Centre for Gender Equality, leading regional efforts to prevent and respond to gender-based violence. She spearheaded the award-winning #Undress522 campaign, which helped repeal Lebanon’s rape-marriage law.
A GBV and child protection expert, she has published widely and taught at the Lebanese University. She has received global recognition from the World Bank and the UN, and was elected to the ICVA Board in 2024 as well as to the board of the CHS Alliance in 2025.​​

Miriame Diane Ella Djangala Fall
Association Elé Songo na Popo ti E (AESPE)
Miriame is a feminist activist and Coordinator of Association Elé Songo na Popo ti E (AESPE), a Survivor's Movement in Central African Republic (CAR). AESPE emphasizes the development of income-generating activities and champions the fight against sexual abuse and the rights of children born from rape.
She will co-host the survivors’ committee.

Nicole Farnsworth
A sociologist with extensive research experience in Kosovo and the Western Balkans, she serves as Deputy Director and Lead Researcher at the Kosovo Women’s Network (KWN), a network of 103 diverse women’s rights organizations.
Under her leadership, KWN has developed more than 30 publications, many of which have been instrumental in influencing legal and policy reforms. Several have contributed to improving the legal framework and institutional approach to supporting survivors of gender-based violence.
Nicole will contribute methodological expertise and co-lead the Research Committee with Dr. Bartels.

Marie Kattia Dorestant Lefruy
Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti
Kattia Dorestant Lefruy is a Haitian human rights lawyer and activist dedicated to advancing women's rights in Haiti through legal advocacy. She has been a lawyer with human rights law office the Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti since 2018 and presently serves as its co-director.
In these roles, Me Dorestant represents survivors of gender-based violence, providing legal accompaniment to women and girls who are marginalized within Haiti's justice system; shapes the BAI’s legal strategy; and contributes to advancing its mission of promoting social justice, accountability, and human rights in Haiti.​​

Antoinette Chahine
ABAAD Accountability and PSEA Coordinator. Antoinette Chahine is an Accountability and PSEA Officer at Abaad, bringing expertise in organizational accountability and protection from sexual exploitation and abuse.
Antoinette's background reflects a strong focus on emergency response and disaster preparedness, demonstrated through multiple roles at the Lebanese Red Cross. During their tenure there, Antoinette served as a Trainer, delivering instruction on the management of the dead. They also functioned as a Disaster Risk Reduction Field Officer and as an Emergency Medical Technician, contributing to the organization's urgent health and disaster response services.
Prior to Abaad, Antoinette was a Data Entry Officer at IOM, an intergovernmental organization focused on migration issues. In this role, they contributed to meeting the operational challenges of migration through information management and database administration.​

Sasha Filippova
Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti
Sasha Filippova has been the Senior Staff Attorney at the Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti (IJDH) for almost six years, and has been leading IJDH's work on women's rights, accountability for human rights violations, and good governance. Prior to joining IJDH, Sasha served as a Legal Advisor and Fellow with the American Bar Association’s Rule of Law Initiative, where she focused on confronting gender-based violence and promoting women’s empowerment around the globe, and as a Senior Legal Fellow with the Center for Justice and Accountability.
Sasha started her legal career as an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where her practice included international dispute resolution, public international law, and human rights. While there, she served as one of the lead counsel in a successful lawsuit against the Syrian government for its extrajudicial killing of war correspondent Marie Colvin. Sasha holds graduate degrees from Georgetown University’s Law Center and Walsh School of Foreign Service, where she focused her studies on human rights and transitional justice, including field work in Liberia and Cambodia.

Pascale Solages
Lucia D. Pascale Solages is a Haitian feminist activist dedicated to promoting and defending the rights of Haitian women and girls. With over ten years of experience, her work focuses on building the feminist movement, reproductive justice, ending violence against women, and promoting women's participation in public life.
She specializes in gender and development issues, project design and management, and documenting women's experiences. Pascale is a founding member and general coordinator of NÈGÈS MAWON, one of Haiti's leading feminist organizations.
A committed human rights activist, she supports broader causes for social justice in Haiti, including LGBTQ+ rights, abortion rights, good governance, and the fight against corruption. In 2018, she co-founded the citizen collective NOU PAP DÒMI, which grew out of the PetroCaribe Challenge movement against corruption and impunity.​​​

Patricia Ollé Tejero
Patricia Ollé Tejero is All Survivors Project (ASP)'s Senior Programmes Advisor. She joined the organisation in December 2016 and leads its work on strengthening health and humanitarian responses for male survivors of conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) and on children and armed conflict. As part of this work, she regularly engages with victim/survivor networks, national entities, and transitional justice mechanisms in Colombia and Ukraine. In these contexts, she has led as principal investigator various research projects on CRSV against men and boys and on barriers to accessing responses.
Patricia represents ASP as a Steering Committee member within the Global Alliance for the Protection of Boys from Sexual Violence (GAPB). Patricia earned her Master’s degree in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies at the London School of Economics and Political Science.​

Ms. Sandrine Lusamba
A women’s rights advocate committed to addressing violence against women and girls.
She is the Executive Coordinator of SOFEPADI and part of the Movement of Young Women Leaders of the DRC. SOFEPADI is a Congolese non-governmental organization that promotes the rights of women and girls. She will support qualitative data collection, interpretation, and dissemination in DRC
